The apartment sleeps two people in one king-size double bedroom with shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and sitting room with electric fire and dining area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a front patio with furniture and shared lawned garden with furniture. Situated in the heart of East Sussex, Moonlight Bay Apartment is a lovely romantic break for two who love walking.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Gas oven and hob, combination oven/microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Front patio with furniture. Shared rear lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Owners' home is above the apartment, so some noise may be heard at times.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The apartment was in an excellent position for exploring this lovely part of the country. It was our first visit to East Sussex but it won't be our last, We were very pleased with the apartment and the owners were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.Hastings country park was a stones throw away and we could have spent our week just exploring the walks there. Interesting area really enjoyed Rye, Battle and Dymchurch, Romnsey and Hythe railway. We will definitely return.

,We liked the peace and quiet of the apartment and the warm welcome from the owner, we felt instantly relaxed and comfortable with everything we needed. Also we liked the proximity to the nature reserve, lovely walks and the delightful tea room close by.
