The cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom. There is also a shower room, a ground floor cloakroom, a shared external utility, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed patio with furniture and a hot tub. With the owner's added touches throughout, Ystabl - Stable is a lovely destination to spend a relaxing week away.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of 2 x washing machines and tumble dryer in external utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi (intermittant and not suitable for streaming), selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.3 miles. Note: Mobile phone signal may be limited with some phone providers. Note: The stairs are open from the bedroom so children should be supervised. Please NOTE: Access to the hot tub is only until 11pm as a courtesy to local residents.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
