There is a king-size double bedroom, two double bedrooms, a second floor twin bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is roadside parking, an enclosed front garden and an enclosed rear lawned garden with decked area with furniture. Trevor Cottage is a wonderful holiday cottage.

Gas central heating and woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Roadside parking outside property, free after 6pm plus additional free roadside parking 5 mins walk and pay and display 50 yards away. Enclosed front garden. Enclosed rear lawned garden with decked area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Beach and promenade 2 mins walk. Train station 1 mile. Note: Second floor attic twin has sloping eaves with reduced head height.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
