This 17th century stone built barn conversion stands beside the owner's home in the Shropshire village of Rosehill and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Lakeside Cottage certainly lives up to its name as it is a beautiful 17th century stone built barn conversion which stands in a wonderful lakeside location beside the owner's historic home in the Shropshire village of Rosehill near to Market Drayton. With two double bedrooms and one single, this cottage can sleep five people in comfort and also has the benefit of a family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a log effect electric stove and a large picture window with lake views. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 2 cars. Perfectly located for exploring the Shropshire countryside, Lakeside Cottage really does have something for everyone.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:An attractive cottage and friendly owners. We were there over Christmas and it was very warm and cosy. We were particularly impressed by the effort the owners had made to make the cottage festive and welcoming.
