This lovely cottage near Great Ayton sleeps eight in three bedrooms. Farrier Cottage is a delightful barn conversion, 4.5 miles from Great Ayton. With three bedrooms, a ground floor king-size double, a zip/link twin and a king-size double, as well as a double sofabed in the sitting room, it sleeps eight comfortably. There is also a ground floor bathroom with double-ended bath and a ground floor wet room, as well as a kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room. Outside there is a shared utility room, off road parking for three cars, front and rear private private patios and access to the shared grounds. Farrier Cottage makes a great family base.

Underfloor heating from biomass system. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and drying racks in shared external utility, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage. Patios with furniture and BBQ. Communal grounds with picnic area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.2 miles. Water supply is from a bore hole. Grazing and stabling available at additional cost and by prior arrangement with owner. Due to location, WiFi can be intermittent. There are 6 steps to access the property.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
