This ground floor cottage is located in the village of Brailes in Oxfordshire and can sleep eight people in three bedrooms. Honeywick is a ground floor cottage in a cul-de-sac in the village of Brailes near to Shipston-on-Stour in Oxfordshire. The cottage sleeps eight people and has two double bedrooms and a family room with an ensuite bathroom as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Perfect for discovering the Cotswolds and Stratford-upon-Avon, Honeywick is a lovely family holiday home.

Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in en-suite bathroom, dishwasher, TV with Sky, DVD, radio/CD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 4 cars, bike storage available. Lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, Post Office and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Max 4 adults.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We had a lovely time in the cottage. It was spacious and we preferred to stay in the cottage rather than roaming round. In a nice quiet village and had a small shop nearby for basic shopping. Will recommend.
