We call her Matilda! She is a 34ft 2 bedroom caravan on TowerVans park in lovely Mablethorpe just a short walk to the beach and the lovely Queens Park, with it's free splash park, boating lake and mini railway, just to mention a few great things on offer!
The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, pots & cutlery etc. in fact everything you could need to rustle up a meal!
There is a large lounge area with an electric fire, and a TV/DVD with a DVD collection! There is also some games and books in the lounge cupboard for guests to make use of.
There is a separate spacious seating area for meal times. The bathroom has a shower/1/2 bath which is perfect so the kiddies can have a bath after a long & "sandy" day on the beach, and the adults can jump in the shower...perfect for all!! There is a veranda with a lockable gate, so very safe for little ones & doggies alike :)
We have a patio table & chairs with parasol available.
There is an iron & ironing board to.

The park has it's own fishing lake and it also has a tavern with a small play park adjacent to it.
You really do have the best of both here.....lovely quiet park, but with everything on your doorstep!
There are plenty of food outlets in the town and also supermarkets.
The tourist information centre is great, and they are always happy to help with places to visit!!
Please note: The park does allow parking outside the caravan, however this is at the park's discretion and is usually only in the warmer, dryer months (July & August) as they do not want the grass to get churned up. There is parking bays near to the caravan, and has never proven to be a problem for us or our guests.
