This 17th Century semi detached farmhouse sleeps seven people in four bedrooms in the village of Newbiggin in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Eastburn Cottage is a superb, 17th Century, Grade II listed, semi detached farmhouse in the village of Newbiggin, just a few miles from Leyburn in the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage can sleep seven people in its four bedrooms which are made up of one ground floor double with ensuite, a first floor double with ensuite and a twin and a single room. The cottage also has a family bathroom. On the ground floor the cottage has a kitchen with an oil-fired Rayburn stove, a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 2 cars, storage for bikes and a large enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and a BBQ. Eastburn Cottage is a perfect example of an old fashioned Yorkshire Dales cottage that has been renovated to a high standard and would be ideal for a superb family holiday.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
