This end-terrace cottage in the village of Luddenden near to Hebden Bridge can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Apple House Cottage is a lovely, end-terrace cottage situated in the village of Luddenden, just four miles from Hebden Bridge. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom and one single with pull-out bed, as well as a bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is ample roadside parking, a patio and a terraced garden with furniture. Apple House Cottage is a lovely cottage from which to explore this delightful part of the country.

Gas central heating with ground floor underfloor heating and woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample roadside parking by the cottage. Front patio and rear terrace garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Second floor attic room has a maximum head height of 5ft and is accessed via a carpeted staircase. Note: Rear garden is quite steep, therefore young children should be supervised. Note: There is a steep, stone external staircase up to the cottage from the road. The cottage can also be accessed via shared, flat right of way past the other cottages in the terrace.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
