A lovely property sleeping four in two bedrooms. Footway Cottage is a lovely, terraced cottage situated on the outskirts of Stanhope in the heart of the Durham countryside. With two bedrooms, a double and a twin, it sleeps four people. This Stanhope cottage boasts a fitted kitchen with access to the rear decked area, a cosy sitting room with electric fire and wonderful countryside views. Outside is a decked garden and an off road parking space. With so many delightful things to do in the area, Footway Cottage makes the ideal base for a holiday at any time of year!

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer,washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD, radio, selection of DVDs, books and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Decked garden to rear with furniture and BBQ. Shared rear lawned area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: This property overlooks the heritage Weardale Railway line.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:An ideal location for walking and cycling.Within easy reach of Stanhope,a town that catered for all my needs. I did not need to use my car for the week that I was there.The cottage itself is well presented. The neighbours were nice and so were Norma and Dave the owners.
