This semi detached barn conversion is located on a working farm in Coxhoe near to Durham and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The Byre is a stone and brick built semi detached barn conversion, set on a working beef and sheep farm on the edge of the village of Coxhoe just six 6 miles from Durham. Boasting one ground floor double bedroom and one first floor twin room both with ensuite bathrooms, this cottage can sleep four people. The rest of the accommodation includes a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage are a patio and garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as plenty of off road parking. Situated close to major roads, The Byre is an ideal base for discovering this fascinating part of the country.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Spacious patio and garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pubs 10 mins walk. Note: Some traffic noise from the A1(M) is audible from the garden.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
