The cottage sleeps five people in two double bedrooms and one single room. There's also a family bathroom and a ground floor wet room. The rest of the cottage contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage there is off road parking for two cars and a front paved terrace with furniture together with a side and rear lawned garden with patio, summerhouse and furniture. Hop House is an ideal cottage for couples or families looking for a home-from-home in East Sussex.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The welcome we received from the hosts was warm and inviting and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Hop House is a wonderful place to stay. It was beautifully clean and so well equipped that we were able to use the kitchen to the full, enjoy the garden and feel comfortable throughout the house. Our little dog was also welcome which meant a great deal to us and the location proved to be very convenient too; quiet but only a short drive into Hastings. We thoroughly recommend this as a first class place to stay.
