It has three bedrooms consisting of two super king-size rooms and a twin room, there is also a family bathroom with a large bath, a shower and a heated towel rail, the property can sleep six people. Also inside there is a kitchen/diner, a drawing room and a sitting room. To the outside you will find off road parking for two cars and a rear garden and a rear garden with covered patio area with tables, chairs and hot tub. The Mews House is a charming cottage in a wonderful countryside location.

Oil central heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars. Rear lawn and covered patio with dining area, fire Bowl/BBQ and lounge area (from October). Sorry no pets and no smoking. Pub 5 mins walk, shop 2.5 miles. Notes: Several steps inside and outside of the property, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Please note; This property does not accept stag/hen parties or similar. Check in time is 3.30pm. Note from October there will be an indoor games room. From 1 October there will be no hot tub at the property - there will be an out door lounge area

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
