The bungalow can sleep five people in three bedrooms, two doubles and one adult bunk. There is a bathroom with shower, basin and WC. There is a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there are lawns at both the front and rear of the property plus a side patio. There is off road parking for two cars. 10 St. Nicholas Crescent is perfect to take boat trips, visit nearby theme parks, the Welsh Zoo, historic castles and so much more and then return to your welcoming holiday home to plan the next days activities.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front and rear lawned gardens, plus side patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 mins walk, pub serving food 1 min walk. Note: Although all ground floor, there are steps at the entrance doorways so the property is not suitable for wheelchairs. Note: Steps on patio and to rear garden which is raised so young children to be supervised. Note: Bunk bedroom is very cosy.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
