This charming, detached cottage is situated in Pembrey, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Swn-Y-Mor is a lovely detached cottage in the South Wales village of Pembrey. The cottage sleeps four people and has two king-size double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one in the eaves. It also has a large bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside is roadside parking and a garden with outdoor furniture. Just a mile from the beach and close to a golf course and harbour, Swn-Y-Mor is a superb holiday home, all year round.

Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Unrestricted roadside parking outside cottage and nearby streets on first come, first served basis. Enclosed front courtyard and enclosed rear garden with patio and lawn with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: Sloping ceiling in eaves bedroom. Note: Narrow spiral stairs with open space saving treads, not suitable for less mobile or young children.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A pretty cottage, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Everything we needed was there. The enclosed garden was very private and perfect for our dogs. The area was lovely, close to unspoilt beaches and Pembrey Country Park. The locals were very friendly. We can't wait to come back!
