This single-storey cottage annexe, close to the seaside village of Amroth, sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Beefs Park Farm Annexe is a welcoming single-storey cottage annexe attached to the owners' home, 2.7 miles from the South Wales village of Amroth. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one children's twin, as well as a wet room. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Beefs Park Farm Annexe is conveniently situated for sandy beaches, seaside resorts and countryside walks.

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2.7 miles. Beach 2 miles. Note: Although all ground floor, there are steps up to the cottage entrance, may be unsuitable for less mobile. Note: Max. 2 adults and 2 children.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The accommodation was excellent and had everything needed for a holiday to escape the busy world we live in. The property was set in peaceful and quiet surroundings and the owners were so warm friendly and welcoming.
