This lovely detached cottage is in the village of Llansteffan near to Carmarthen and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Beachside is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Llansteffan just seven miles from Carmarthen in Wales. The cottage can sleep four people in one double bedroom and one adult bunk room as well as shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a lawned area with patio and furniture. Beachside is a lovely cottage from which to explore this fabulous part of the country.

Electric panel heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private lawned garden with covered patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: Access to property is via unmade stone track directly next to the shoreline and is absolutely not accessible in low suspension cars and great care to be taken in all vehicles. Note: Check-in 5pm, check-out 11am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
