This wonderful barn conversion is set at the end of the stone conversion, just four miles from Narberth and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The Coach House is set at the end of the stone conversion, just four miles from Narberth and can sleep six people. There are two king-size double bedrooms (1 with veranda and furniture), a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a rear garden with furniture and a barbecue plus there is shared use of the owners' large lawned areas and woodland. The Coach House is a lovely holiday base.

Range with electric ovens and gas hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Veranda with furniture. Rear garden with furniture and BBQ plus shared use of owners' large lawned areas and woodland. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 3 miles. Note: Two open ponds in grounds, children to be supervised. Note: Owner has 2 retriever dogs and 3 horses. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We liked the beautiful renovation of the property; retaining many characteristics using local materials and craftspersons, together with high quality furnishings and fabrics. It is within stunning grounds affording peace and privacy. The owners attention to detail meant there was a wealth of equipment both inside and out. This property certainly had the WOW factor!
