This all ground floor cottage has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a room with adult bunk beds, a separate basin and WC and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking, bike storage available, a courtyard garden with patio and furniture which leads to a communal garden area. Rectory Cottage is a lovely base for your holiday.

Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, use of washing machine can be arranged directly with owner, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 6 cars. Bike storage available. Courtyard garden with patio and furniture, leading to communal garden area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Village shop (open Mon-Fri, 8:30am-11am) and pub 8 mins walk. Note: Main bathroom accessed through double room only. Note: Due to the property's rural location, WiFi signal is intermittent.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Recrtory Cottage is a beautiful property, in a stunning location. We were made to feel so welcome by the owner. We had great use of the outdoor space. The Brecons are stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our holiday, especially the cottage. Thanks for a lovely break!
