This lovely house near Aberfeldy sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Wade House is a renovated, Grade II listed house near Aberfeldy, attached to a hotel. Over three floors and with three bedrooms, two king-size doubles (both with en-suite shower rooms) and a twin, it sleeps six people comfortably. There are also two shower rooms and an open plan living area at the property, with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is a private, enclosed, walled front patio garden and off road parking for two cars. Wade House is a lovely property, with great views, and makes a wonderful base for exploring the area.

Shared washing machine in external utility, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:There was nothing we could fault about the house, none of us wanted to leave! Both my children loved the open plan living area/kitchen with fire, along with being able to share a room that had an en suite to themselves. My husband and I had the top floor bedroom with shower room, which was to an excellent standard. We had our dog and there were plenty of walks right on the doorstep, so even the dog had a great time! The drying room as you came in the house was an invaluable feature for us all.
