This lovely cottage is in the small village of Fortingall near to Kenmore in Perthshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The Salmon House is a terraced cottage located in the small village of Fortingall in beautiful Glen Lyon near to Kenmore in Perthshire. The cottage can sleep four people in one double bedroom and one twin, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a kitchen with breakfast area, dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and a private lawned area to the rear with patio and furniture, together with shared lawned area.

Electric heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Electricity and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 1 car with additional parking nearby. Private lawned garden with patio and furniture with additional shared lawn area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 6 miles, pub in hotel 1 min walk. Note: Mobile signal can be variable. Note: There are 9 open tread steps leading to the shared lawned garden and care should be taken.Note: Check in 4pm
