This first floor apartment, on the outskirts of the town of Crieff sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The Garden Flat is a first floor apartment, forming part of a terraced cottage, on the edge of the popular town of Crieff. This apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of a super king-size double and a small twin, along with a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an electric fire. Outside there's roadside parking and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture. The Garden Flat is a lovely base for your Perthshire getaway.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Stairgate. Roadside parking immediately outside or on nearby street. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The back door of the property leads to a flight of 13 steps down to the garden.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback: It was our first time in Crieff and we were attending my brother's 60th birthday at Crieff Hydro. Staying at the Garden Flat made our weekend, it was comfortable and within easy reach (5mins walk) to the shops and bars. I would definitely stay there again.

,Flat was very comfortable; clean, tidy bedrooms - very good size beds; comfortable kitchen and bathroom; all you need a very comfy base to explore Scotland. The Lounge Eatery in town a must, also the Indian restaurant. Nice tea and scone served at the Hydro Hotel. Co-Op a minute walk.
