With one second floor twin with sloping ceiling, accessed by steep, open tread, wooden stairs, and one first floor double, this cottage can sleep four people. The cottage also includes a family bathroom and a ground floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas stove. Outside is a rear, covered courtyard with furniture, a washing machine and a front bench with views across the village to the surrounding hills. Mount Pleasant offers couples and small families a cosy, homely place from which to discover the nearbyPeak District National Park. Note: This cottage is in an elevated position, so a steep climb to access it is required, and 7 stone steps lead to the entrance. Note: The twin bedroom has sloping ceilings with restricted headroom and is accessed by steep, open tread wooden stairs.

Gas central heating with gas stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine in covered courtyard, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Free, unrestricted parking in the village square, 1 min walk. Enclosed, rear, covered courtyard with furniture and front bench. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was very warm and there was plenty of hot water. A great base after a long walk. There was plenty of places to eat within walking distance and a good local shop. Very beautiful area.
