This stone built, terrace cottage is situated close to the village of Bradwell within the Peak District National Park and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Smalldale is a stone built, end terrace cottage, on the outskirts of Bradwell in the Peak District National Park. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double and one twin bedroom, along with a ground floor family bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. To the outside of this cottage, there is a garden with patio, furniture and BBQ and off road parking for one car with additional free parking in a car park 30 yards away. Located in an area renowned for stunning countryside, Smalldale is a perfect holiday cottage for exploring the area.

Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available. Off road parking for 1 car with free car parking within 30 yards. Pretty rear garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 5 mins, pub 2 mins walk. Note: The property have steep steps inside, when you go to first floor to the bedrooms.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was ideally located for walking and nearby attractions. It is very well furnished and comfortable. We liked the fact that it was very quiet and peaceful, at the same time close to essential amenities, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful countryside and get away from the urban madness.
