This wonderful detached house is situated on the edge of the village of Pilsley near Matlock and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Netherfield Cottage is a superb detached cottage situated on the edge of the village of Pilsley, ten miles from Matlock. This cottage sleeps four people and has a king-size double with en-suite shower and a family bedroom with one double and one single, along with a bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a garden with a gravelled area, decking, hot tub and furniture. Netherfield Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring the Peak District at any time of the year.

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with gravelled area, decked area, hot tub and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,This was a good base for exploring the Peak District. The property was lovely, and perfect for the 3 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms comfortable. The living area was beautiful, especially with the bi fold doors wide open on to the private patio garden with the wonderful hot tub. Loved the view from the en suite loo!
