A Grade II listed semi-detached farmhouse, full of charm and character in peaceful surroundings, this spacious property sleeps up to nine people. This is a wonderful Grade II listed semi detached farmhouse and is situated in the lovely village of Parwich. It is full of charm and character and has many of its original features such as the mullioned windows and shutters and the old beams. The well-equipped kitchen is bright and airy and incorporates the dining area. There is a cosy snug with an open fire and the larger sitting room has a wood burner in the original fireplace, both welcoming and comfortable rooms. The four bedrooms are light, elegant and well furnished. There is a well-appointed bathroom and the property has a lovely outside space. This is a lovely tranquil property in which to sample the delights of the Peak District.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
