This lovely cottage is in the village of Miller's Dale near to Buxton and can sleep eight people in three bedrooms.  The Barn is a lovely cottage situated in the village of Miller's Dale just five miles from Buxton in the Peak District National Park. The cottage can sleep eight people in one ground floor double bedroom with an additional day bed and an en-suite, one ground floor double with an en-suite and one double with an additional day bed as well as a family shower room. Also in the property is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking for one car and private patio with furniture. The Barn is a lovely base from which to explore this stunning part of the country.

Oil central heating. Range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, PlayStation, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 1 car, additional free parking available in lay-by approx 100 yards away on first come, first served basis or in pay-and-display public car park within 2 mins walk. Private enclosed garden with gravelled area and patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 10 mins walk. Note: Part of the garden area can only be accessed by a series of steps and care should be taken. Note: Check-in 4pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A very spacious well maintained property. The bathrooms were particularly exceptional. It was a lovely quiet area but central for exploring the major attractions in the Peak District. Would definitely love to stay there again. The owners communication regarding directions and key collection was excellent.
