This excellent, holiday home, set between Slaithwaite and Golcar, near Huddersfield, sleeps ten people in five bedrooms.  Oak Villa is a fabulous, country house, set between the villages of Golcar and Slaithwaite, a few miles west of Huddersfield. With five bedrooms set across the first and second floors, three with en-suites, it can sleep up to ten people. There's also a family bathroom, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and orangery, and a separate sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there is off road parking for four cars, plus a terrace with covered sitting area with woodburning heater and a lawned area with furniture. Oak Villa enjoys stunning, sweeping views across the Cone Valley and provides large groups with an excellent holiday home.

Gas central heating with woodburner. Range cooker with two electric ovens and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner and patio heater inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with patio and furniture, terrace with covered seating area and woodburning patio heater and shared use of owner's woodland. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Owner can provide a taxi service by separate negotiation and at additional cost. Note: A public footpath running through the owner's woodland leads to a spa. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,A fantastic place, very nice helpful owners. Lots of space (it was nice to be able to go into a different part of the house if you wanted some quiet time away from the group). Views from the garden/conservatory are spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.
