This semi-detached cottage situated close to the village of Slaithwaite and Holmfirth sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. The Farmhouse is semi-detached, 17th century cottage situated one mile from the village of Slaithwaite, close to the Peak District National Park. This cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, consisting of four double bedrooms and a twin, as well as a bathroom and ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside there's off road parking for six cars and a lawned garden with furniture. The Farmhouse is ideal for large families and friends with plenty to see in the area and two National Parks to explore nearby.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, broadband via ethernet cable. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Additional fuel available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two highchairs. Off road parking for 6 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 1.5 miles. Note: The standard double and twin bedroom have sloping ceilings and limited headroom.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was exceptionally clean. There was lots of space for a big group. We had a wonderful weekend and will most certainly consider returning.
