This terraced cottage is in the village of Chelmorton near to Buxton and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  3 Primitive Croft is a lovely end-terrace cottage situated in the village of Chelmorton just four miles from Buxton in the Peak National Park. The cottage can sleep four people in two double bedrooms both with en-suite facilities together with a ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and enclosed gardens with furniture and BBQ. 3 Primitive Croft is ideal for guests wishing to explore this lovely part of the country.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private enclosed garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Shared use of 3 acre grass paddock 50 yards from cottage with shared use of children's wooden play castle. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: No infants under 2 years of age.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
