This charming, detached barn conversion is situated on the owner's working farm, on the edge of Bradwell in the Peak District National Park, with one double bedroom for two people.  Woodcroft Barn is a wonderful, detached barn conversion, situated on the owner's working farm on the edge of Bradwell, a little village in the centre of the Peak District National Park. The property has one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a sitting room with a dining area and a kitchen downstairs. Outside, there is a bench to the front where you can soak up the sun with your morning coffee, or a patio to the side where you can dine out in the summer. There is also off road parking for one car, a short walk to the village amenities, and lots to see and do in this beautiful part of Derbyshire. Woodcroft Barn is a lovely getaway destination for couples.

Gas central heating with ground floor underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, Lavazza coffee machine. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Storage for bikes and additional table top freezer in outside shed. Patio with furniture and bench to front. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Note: Adults only, no children or infants. Note: Lavazza coffee machine takes Lavazza Minu coffee pods. Note: From January 2019, check out will be 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The property was very comfortable and the location of the property was excellent for visiting areas of interest. It is a working farm with a variety of animals such as sheep, lambs, bulls and horses in fields right outside the property, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would stay there again.
