This semi-detached cottage in Youlgreave near Bakewell in the Peak District can sleep up to six people in three bedrooms. Brown Hare Cottage is a delightful, mid-terrace cottage in the village of Youlgreave, near Bakewell in the Peak District. The cottage offers a double room, a twin room and a single room with an additional stacker bed. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a ground floor WC meaning the cottage can sleep up to six people. There is also a kitchen with a dining area and a cosy sitting room with a further dining area and a warming woodburning stove. Outside you will find roadside parking and a lawned garden with a patio and garden furniture. Brown Hare Cottage is the perfect base for a family holiday, or a gathering with friends, while exploring the delights of the Peak District.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking for 1 car outside cottage, additional parking in village charged on honesty box basis, 2 mins walk away. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Note: Very low wall at foot of garden, children to be supervised.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
