This first floor apartment is situated in the centre of Bakewell and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Granby House Chatsworth Suite is a superb first floor apartment in the heart of Bakewell. The apartment sleeps four people in two king-size double bedrooms, both with an en-suite. There is also a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a balcony. Outside is off road parking for two cars. Set right in the centre of Bakewell and with fabulous shops and cafes on the doorstep, Granby House Chatsworth Suite is a wonderful destination for a memorable holiday, all year round.

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars in rear courtyard. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 min walk. Note: The apartment is accessed up an internal staircase and has 5 steps down to one of the bedrooms, not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Note: No children or infants.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The landlords were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property was of excellent standard with two large bedrooms, a decent kitchen and lounge. We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily come and stay again.
