The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, while outside is a garden area, use of 4 acres of paddocks with picnic tables and off road parking for two cars. Rose Cottage is an ideal base for a romantic getaway.

Wall-mounted electric heaters. Electric range cooker with double oven, five-ring hob and hot plate, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden sitting area with furniture and BBQ. 4 acres of paddocks with forest views. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 miles.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A little piece of heaven - positively idyllic! Such a beautiful cottage in the most lovely of settings! It was beautifully equipped, more spacious than expected and with the comfiest of beds - we slept like never before! Cannot recommend it highly enough, we spent a wonderful few days in peace and tranquillity. We will definitely be back. The dogs loved it and the secure garden was great fun for them to explore!
