The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:It's a lovely, light, very comfy and cosy cottage with a well equipped kitchen. There was so much to see and do in the area, a lovely sunset walk down the lane and entertaining chickens next door. We had a great time, thank you.
,A fantastic cottage in a great location. The property is close enough to the main roads to make it a perfect base to explore the area and yet still be rural enough to be a peaceful place to relax in the evening. The property itself is very comfortable and well appointed with ample roadside parking. I would have no hesitation about recommending this property to anyone and may well return at some point in the future.

,We loved it and would recommend it without hesitation. The layout of the cottage was very well planned and every inch of space made use of, it was lovely to be able to cook, chat and watch TV together. It was also lovely to see so many local prints on the walls, it made it all feel very relevant to our stay.
