This first floor apartment is located near to Belford in Northumberland and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  The Estate Office is a first floor apartment in Middleton, close to Belford in Northumberland. The apartment sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite), a twin room and a shower room. There is also a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside is off road parking. With plenty of Northumbrian attractions including the beautiful coastline, The Estate Office is a superb holiday home for a wonderful break at any time of the year.

Biomass central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and Google Chromecast, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: An unfenced stream with a four foot drop runs through the grounds and woodland, children should be supervised. Note: No children under the age of 7 Note: Check-in 4pm.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:I have stayed in lots of self catering places but this was by far one of the best. It had beautiful surroundings, was an amazing and comfortable house and the owners could not have done more to be helpful. I definitely think I'd stay again.

,The Estate Office is in an excellent location, handy for the A1 yet peaceful. It is set in woods and we saw deer and red squirrels from the lounge window! We had everything we needed and more. The cottage was very well equipped should you choose to eat in. The thought the beds were very comfy. The Owner is a very nice lady who made us feel very welcome.
