This lovely property is situated in Longhorsley, Northumberland, and sleeps up to four people. This Longhorsley cottage is part of a delightful, converted, stone-built, former schoolhouse adjoining the owner's home in the pretty village, ideally situated in the heart of the Northumberland countryside, just 14 miles south of Alnwick and 5 miles north of Morpeth. It has a twin bedroom, an en-suite shower room and the living accommodation is all open plan with a kitchen, dining area, a sitting area and a two double sofa beds. Outside there is off road parking, lockable bike storage and shared use of the owners' rear lawned garden with furniture, a barbecue and a Koi fish pond (with safety grill over). The Old School Room a great touring base.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Sky with Sky Movies and Sky Sports packages, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. All electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Shared use of owners' rear lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome.Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: Bike hire is available at additional charge, booking required prior to stay made directly with owner.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
