This detached cottage on the outskirts of Jedburgh sleeps two people in one bedroom. Allerton House Stables is a detached cottage in the grounds of the owners' B&B on the edge of the popular town of Jedburgh. The cottage has a double bedroom on the first floor and downstairs, a wet room and open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a courtyard area with furniture and shared use of the B&B grounds. Allerton House Stables is a cosy and convenient base for customers looking to enjoy the amenities of the town as well as the countryside of the Borders, and the fascinating history it holds.

Gas central heating. Electric hob, combination microwave, fridge, laundry facilities available in adjacent guest house by arrangement, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Courtyard and furniture with access to shared lawned garden. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Property not suitable for infants or children.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:It was a great base to visit all of the major border towns with great walks which could be commenced from the cottage. The cottage itself was absolutely lovely and perfect for one or two people, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming.

,Allerton House Stables was lovely! Very warm and cosy, the perfect size for two! The high vaulted ceilings in the bedroom meant head height was no issue and there was a comfy sofa, small dining table and a cute little kitchenette in the main room downstairs. The wet room was also a great addition and parking is directly outside the cottage. As you can probably tell we had a lovely time and would thoroughly recommend the area and Allerton House Stables!
