This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one adult bunks, as well as a main bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a conservatory. Outside there is off road parking for one car, and roadside parking for one car and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. Cheviot View is an ideal retreat for those that wish to explore the Heritage Coastline and many other tourist attractions that can be found in the area.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,We had a great, relaxing time. It is in a lovely location right near beautiful beaches and the coast, being able to bring our dog was really good too. ,Cheviot View is a lovely house, and was a really nice base to return to after a day out. We enjoyed sitting in the conservatory, while the kids played in the garden and the beds were lovely and comfortable.
,We have stayed in this property five times. It is ideal for walking to the beach and there are eating places in the village which are good . The conservatory is a bonus and we spend a lot of time in it during our holidays. Beadnell is a very quiet village.
