This single storey cottage is on the outskirts of the village of Acklington in Northumberland and can sleep two people in one double room. Stable Cottage is a single-storey cottage next door to Dove Cottage in the village of Acklington near to Warkworth in Northumberland. With one double bedroom and an en-suite shower room, this cottage can sleep two people. The cottage also contains a well-equipped fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining table and woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is a small gravelled garden area with furniture and off road parking for two cars. With a traditional country pub right next door, and the Northumberland coast within a short drive, Stable Cottage is ideally situated for a relaxing holiday all year round.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Extra wood can be purchased from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Small gravelled garden area with furniture. Off road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles. Traditional country pub with restaurant next door. Note: Trains pass a short distance from property approx. every half an hour throughout the day.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Stable Cottage was excellent. The owners were very attentive. The area is excellent as it is within easy reach of most of Northumberland. We fully recommend the site to anyone wishing to visit the county.

,Stable Cottage was better than described and ideally located to explore the area. We took our two dogs with us and they loved the beaches particularly the one at Creswell which was about the closest. The owner was friendly and attentive, all in all a great few days away.
