This semi-detached cottage is located on the owner's farm in Stamford Bridge near to York and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Nightingale Cottage is an upside down cottage on the owner's arable farm in Stamford Bridge near to York. The cottage sleeps six people and has three ground floor bedrooms - one king-size double bedroom and two twins, all with en-suites. The cottage also has a first floor open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking, access to a fishing lake and a private decked patio with a hot tub. Set in beautiful countryside and with plenty of touring opportunities, Nightingale Cottage is a superb holiday home all year round.

Gas central heating. Electric double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, DVDs and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 3 travel cots and 3 highchairs on request. Ample off road parking for 3 cars. Private hot tub and furniture on first floor decked area. Extensive communal lawns and four acres of grounds, including a shared fishing pond and seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The layout was brilliant with the bedrooms being on the lower level. The hot tub was situated in a really private setting.
