This semi-detached barn conversion situated near Thirsk sleeps six people in three bedrooms. The Granary is a semi-detached barn conversion on a working livestock farm, situated on the edge of the village of Sutton-Under-Whitestonecliffe, four miles from Thirsk. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double, another double on the first floor and a twin. The cottage also has a ground floor shower room, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed, communal gravelled courtyard with furniture. The Granary is a lovely family-friendly holiday home and there are plenty of things to see and do in the area, including walks, market towns and wonderful countryside that lies within the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 10 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The Granary was so incredibly comfortable. The couches were perfect for relaxing at the end of the day; the courtyard tables were perfect for an early morning coffee in the sun, or a late afternoon glass of wine with a book. Our kids loved the alpacas, piglets, sheep, chickens and cows. The 8:30am feeding was the highlight of the holiday for the kids! Very convenient location and already recommended to friends and colleagues.

,The property was easy to find and well located close to Thirsk, the National Park and other attractions such as Fountains Abbey & Bolton Castle. The owners were extremely helpful and provided lots of tourist information in the cottage. We would be more than happy to stay in the cottage again and we have no hesitation in recommending this property.
