Set in a village that offers easy access to all the local attractions, this property offers spacious and inviting accommodation for larger groups of friends or family of up to six people. Originally built for fishermen, this charming terraced cottage has been renovated to offer comfortable and spacious accommodation for groups of up to six people. It has been restored to retain much of its original charm, utilising exposed beams, stripped floor-boards and a cast-iron range to imbue it with traditional Yorkshire character. Each of the three bedrooms benefits from spectacular sea views and a front patio offers ample opportunity for a spot of al fresco dining in the hazy summer months.

Gas central heating with gas stove. Electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, video, DVD/CD. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Public car park 100 yards (guests can load/unload near property). Small patio at front with furniture. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop, pub & beach 2 mins walk. Note: Due to steep stairs to 2nd floor, this property may not be suitable for young children or the less mobile.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
