The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:A very nice cottage in a very pleasant and quiet environment. All you need, and more, is provided in terms of equipment. To travel to York you have cheap park and ride facilities a few miles away. Highly recommended.

,The quality of the fixtures and fittings in the property was outstanding and the kitchen appliances seemed brand new and top of the line makes. I have stayed in many rental properties over the years and many places, but Laburnam Croft is far and away the best I have ever seen. This is the perfect base for visiting York and the North Yorkshire area and I intend staying there again in the near future.

,A lovely holiday cottage. Very high standard and very comfortable. So near to park and ride to York and so easy.
,The cottage was excellent; nicely furnished and perfect for our needs. It was easy to find and in a lovely quiet area of countryside, but also just 15 minutes by car from York town centre. There was a beautiful walk out alongside the river. The deck at the back of the house, overlooking the fields, was a wonderful place for breakfast and also to relax on in the evenings. All the plates, cutlery and cooking utensils were in excellent condition, there were games in the cupboard and we wanted for very little.
