This delightful, character cottage sits in a rural location, near the village of Goathland in North Yorkshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Orchard Cottage is a cottage situated 1.5 miles from the village of Goathland in North Yorkshire. The cottage has two bedrooms; a double with an en-suite and a twin, there is also a ground floor cloakroom, the property can sleep four people. The first floor open-plan living area comprises of a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside of the cottage there is off road parking for two cars, communal grounds, as well as a private lawned orchard garden to the front with furniture. Set in a beautiful location, Orchard Cottage is a lovely holiday cottage for couples or a small family.

Power and starter pack for woodburners inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private lawned orchard garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pubs 20 minute walk along The Old Rail Trail Bridleway. Note: The only bathroom in the property is the en-suite to the king bedroom. Note: There are 6 steps down to the main entrance, although there is level access across the lawn to the lobby entrance. Note: There is a fenced stream 50 yards away, please ensure children are supervised. Note: The North Yorkshire Moors steam railway passes the bottom of the garden with up to two trains per hour passing by during the day in the operating season. Note: No Stag/Hen parties. Note: Please note a log burner has been installed since the photographs, where the sheep footstool is. Note - Property not suitable for infants. Check in for this property is 3.30pm

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
