This mid-terrace cottage is situated on a holiday village near Filey and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. The Beach Retreat is a mid-terrace holiday cottage situated on The Bay holiday village, three miles from Filey. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, and one twin room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside there's a patio with furniture and extensive communal grounds, plus off road parking in shared bays and a number of on-site facilities and attractions. Just a short walk from the beach, The Beach Retreat is an excellent base for families.

Gas central heating. Electric oven with 5-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking in shared bays. Patio with furniture, plus use of extensive communal grounds, lakes and picnic tables. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. On-site shop/pharmacy, coffee/pizza cafe and pub 2 mins walk (coffee/pizza cafe subject to seasonal opening times). Beach 15 mins walk. Note: Use of communal heated indoor swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room inc. in the rental price. Additional facilities and activities, including the gym, archery, tennis and cycle hire are available at additional cost, payable on site. Note: Lakes on site, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in 4pm.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
