This detached pet-friendly cottage near Hovingham sleeps two people in one bedroom. Stable Cottage is a detached, single-storey pet-friendly cottage on the owners' rural arable farm, three miles from Hovingham village. The cottage has a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.Outside is off road parking for two cars, and a patio with furniture. From Stable Cottage, good walking and cycling can be enjoyed, as can day trips to market towns such as Pickering, Malton and Helmsley, or the historic city of York.

Hovingham 1 mile walk/cycle along the Ebor Way. Note: Property is accessed by a 0.75 mile farm track. Note: Children not accepted at this property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The access in the cottage was excellent for our limited mobility needs. The cottage is in true countryside, yet close enough to York and the coast. It has its own court yard which meant the dog could be outside and safe without its lead. The owners were great hosts, providing plenty of maps of area if required. Will be going back.
