Over three floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x second floor eaves double. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, fold-up dining table and sitting area with multi-fuel stove.

This end-terrace cottage is located in the village of Staithes and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. 

Electric night storage heaters with multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with FreeSat, DVD, radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and all coal for multi-fuel stove inc.in rent (guests to provide wood for stove). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking available in public and private car parks, 10 mins walk, at top of the bank. Outside area with bench. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 3 mins walk. Note: This property has steep cottage stairs and restricted headroom in the eaves bedroom, care should be taken. Note: The cottage is at the bottom of a steep hill in the old village of Staithes which has cobbled streets. Note: Max 4 people.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The location was wonderful, and the close proximity of the Cleveland Way made coastal walks easily accessible. Staithes is full of character and I would like to go there again. The air smelled sweet coming off the moors which is such a contrast from the city we live in. The cottage was cosy and I especially liked lighting our own fire and I slept well in the airy attic bedroom.
