Sleeping five people in three bedrooms, this cottage is on a working farm 3 miles from Abergele, 2 miles from the North Wales coastline. Stabal-y-Gwedd is an end-terrace cottage on a working farm, in Dolwen 3 miles from Abergele. There is a double room with and en-suite shower, a further double and a twin room. There is also a family bathroom. Downstairs is an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is a communal courtyard as well as a private patio area and off road parking for each cottage. Stabal-y-Gwedd is in an ideal location for touring this lovely part of Wales.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coin-operated tumble dryer in shared drying room, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front lawn and patio area with furniture and BBQ. Shared courtyard. Storage for bikes. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.75 miles, pub/restaurant 10 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: The cottage is near a workshop and farm yard, some occasional noise may be heard.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The owners were tremendous, helpful and friendly. They took the time and trouble to explain about the farm to us. I have never met nicer or more accommodating owners. The location is perfect, near everything and far enough to be in the country. I cannot recommend this place enough.
