The stylish and comfortable sitting room has lovely sea views. There's also a modern well-equipped kitchen and a separate dining room with open fire. Upstairs, there are two king-size double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all tastefully decorated, and the modern and spacious bathroom has a P-shaped bath with a rainfall shower over it. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and an elevated garden complete with sea views, AstroTurf, furniture and a gas barbecue. Holland Villa is an excellent holiday home for an enjoyable holiday on this beautiful part of the North Wales coast.

Side enclosed courtyard, raised rear garden with AstroTurf, furniture and gas BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 20 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Coast 5 mins walk. Note: There are 14 external steps up to the raised garden area.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
